The education department of the Springfield Little Theatre is bringing back its summer program for kids. "Frozen Frenzy" will feature readings of wintery themed poetry, short stories and excerpts from favorite snowy animated features and musicals. The concept behind it is to teach acting basics through theatre games and improvisation, scene work, musical theatre song and dance that leads to a free performance presented for parents on the Landers stage the final day of the workshop.

Classes that take place Tuesday-Friday, July 5-8, 2016, are scheduled by age. Ages 4-5 meet from 9a-11 a.m., ages 6-8 and 13-18 meet from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. The final performance is at 4 p.m. on July 8.
