| Declaring Billings participation in the national St. Patricks Day Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over drunk driving crackdown a major success, the Billings Police Department reported that one drunk driving arrest was made during the campaign. Tickets also were issued for two driving with a revoked license, one for failure to yield, five for speeding, five for driving with no insurance and nine for other moving violations. Officers also gave 28 verbal warnings to drivers for various violations.
