| Motorists should be aware that a section of National Avenue in Springfield is slated to close at 6 a.m. on October 30, 2013. Storm sewer improvements beginning with utility relocations have necessitated the closure from Kearney Street to a point north of Jean Street. The city asks that caution be used in all construction zones.
Please use an alternate route (Kearney Street to Glenstone Avenue on the south side and North Norton Road to Glenstone Avenue on the north side).
