Included currently are: the Battlefield Road and U.S. 65 diverging diamond interchange project, the Republic Road widening project from Fremont Avenue to the west side of the bridge over the James River Freeway, the Campbell Avenue and Grand intersection improvement project, the Kickapoo Prairie subdivision drainage improvement project, the Mount Vernon Street and Orchard Crest intersection improvement project and the Link crossing at Sunset Street and the north Jordan Creek trail at the Chestnut Expressway.

Planned for 2015 and mainly paid for by the 1/8-cent Transportation Sales Tax include phase 2 of the Jefferson Avenue streetscape project, the Golden Avenue widening project, the South Creek stream improvements project, the Campbell Avenue and Primrose Street intersection improvements project and the Republic Road widening project from Lark Street to Parkcrest Avenue.
